- Regenerate, then refund if needed: if the delivered answers or grid differ from the preview you approved, or the file will not open, we first regenerate it free; if that does not resolve it, we refund you in full.
- Change of mind: after a valid file has been downloaded, a simple change of mind is not normally a reason for a refund.
